I have never really paid much attention to the envelope before I started all my wedding research and learned that it is "bad etiquette" not to hand-write the addresses. I'm not sure if I am going to have mine printed yet either. To me, it is what's in the inside that counts. The envelope usually gets tossed anyhow.

If you really want to give your envelopes that handwritten look, but you aren't too crazy about your handwriting, you can also use a pretty font and print your addresses on very lightly. And then take a calligraphy pen and trace over it. People will think you hired a professional calligrapher! hehe.Bee @ BP Weddinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15054612422461917032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9203667924443320609.post-45645731000571789912009-07-24T15:43:17.768-07:002009-07-24T15:43:17.768-07:00Hm. When I get one that's printed, I think, "oh, they didn't hand write it" and that's the end of my thinking about it. ;) So even this former etiquette-head doesn't really care anymore.A. It would not matter to me either way, but handwritten seems like a waste knowing that the post office is going to stamp their stuff all over it an ruin it anyway. I like these labels BTW kudos for customizing yours in pink!Cynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03059264317207871827noreply@blogger.com
